Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase from The Buttery Store you may return item in new condition with tags, within 28 days of receipt. Upon inspection of returned goods we will issue you a full refund or exchange.  When trying on items of clothing, please try and avoid wearing scented perfume or anything which may leave a mark on the item. Returns forms can be found with invoice, please fill in and state reason for return, butterystore.co.uk is not liable for carriage charges.

Please note we cannot offer refund on any seasonal sale promotions purchases unless an item is faulty.
